Five years ago, on February 15th, our son Vyeshka passed away. He was a “rough-and-tumble” child and a gentle, attention-seeking old man. We held him in our hands as he drew his last breath at age 14 years, 4.5 months.
Today, we celebrate his life. The love he gave us will live beyond the end of the universe. What a joy it is to know we have him as a guardian angel watching out for us!

If you’ve never visited the Coast Range in the US state of Oregon, here’s what it looks like in the valleys during winter. The air is chilly but not cold. Usually, there is only a touch of snow. It’s all about peace and quiet.

Reclaiming the Guiding Light isn’t the only sinister plot on the Club’s mind. They are moving forward with their plans to dominate the world. Their first goal is to defeat, once and for all, Cadona’s archenemy, Domataland. Domataree President Demnar Tarish and Bob Fullerby, a Cadonan journalist, find themselves on the same side in a brutal conflict. Both men seek the Guiding Light in the hope that the document’s contents can be used to overthrow Cadona’s vicious rulers.
In my books, the bad folks take many prisoners. This image gives me inspiration for a facility where prisoners might be held. It has a stark and ominous look.
In the real world, this picture is of a construction site, not a prison or military base.
The publisher is still working on my third book–Toxic Sphere, Enemy Apparent. They are setting up the interior format and doing cover design. I can’t wait to see how it turns out!
My book contains several scenes where prisoners are tortured in an illegal prison. The facility is in an old military base that is built into a mountain. This picture shows what the torture rooms may look like.

The world’s mightiest nation is on the verge of falling apart because of bad leaders who just want the best for themselves and not for their people. While people such as investigative journalist Bob Fullerby and Senator Bradley Seldortin are trying their best to keep their nation afloat, there isn’t much they can do without the Guiding Light. They are desperately trying to find it as the document may have all the answers they are looking for. However, finding the carrier of the document, Leeha Ritsagin, is not easy. She is hidden somewhere and not easily found. What will these men do to fight for the betterment of their people? Can they find the Guiding Light and Leeha Ritsagin?
Toxic Sphere: Volume 2, Liars and Defilers by C. N. Sky turned out to be one heck of a ride. From the very first chapter, the author had my attention. I say the author because you can definitely feel the presence of the author in the narrative and how the story is told. Although I have not read the previous novel in the series, I had no issues in catching up with the characters, understanding what was happening, or being confused about anything in particular. The mystery behind the Guiding Light is great and I enjoyed how the author kept the suspense until the very end. What I loved most about this novel was the fact that I could not guess what would happen in the end or what the climax would be. I enjoyed the characters, I enjoyed the setting and, more than all that, I loved the novel itself. Very entertaining!
